Custom Work:

We accept requests for custom artwork all the time and encourage you to fill out a request form here. No matter what your imagination desires we can help your dreams come to life!

Shipping Information:

Most orders will be shipped between 24 - 48 hours. Sometimes we have small rushes where it may take a day or two longer. So please allow 4 - 7 business days for your order to arrive. We use USPS Priority Mail for now until we're able utilize other carriers and methods. If your order hasn't arrived and you have not received a tracking number please contact us. We currently do not ship internationally, Hawiia or Alaska. (sorry guys but coming in the future!)

Note: We do not ship on orders less the $20. So please do not attempt to place an order less than $20. We'd love to see you at our immortal events and could better help you with your decisions on purchasing artwork there.

Privacy, Terms, & Conditions:

Immortal Nerd does not sell or share the information you provide to us online with any outside company or third party.

Returns & Exchanges:

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless it is an error on our behalf. Otherwise all sales are final. If we have made a mistake with your order, we'll be happy to correct the issue within a 14 day time period. You can alway contact us if you have any questions. Please send item back to the address below with a note of issue, your email address and order number.
